Sheep cheese toasted with Espelette pepper

 

Ingredients :
(serves 4 people)

  • 4 large slices of bread

  • 200g Pure sheep cheese with Espelette pepper

  • 3 apples

  • 1 shallot

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Mashed dried tomatoes

  • Espelette pepper

  • Chives

The recipe:

Cut the sheep cheese with Espelette pepper and the apples into small cubes

In a bowl, combine cheese and apples.

Season the mixture with chopped shallots, balsamic vinegar with olive oil, a pinch of salt and Espelette pepper.

Toast the bread slices.

Depending on your mood, add some ham or chicken.
